Research interests

  1. Study of the host-virus interactions of RNA viruses including enterovirus, influenza virus and coronavirus.
  2. Identification of undefined pathogens of patients with infections of unknown etiology.
  3. Investigation of the viral mRNP-remodeling during the viral replication cycle.
  4. Characterization of the transcription/replication-coupled RNA processing and the mechanism of RNA surveillance.
